This is our family's Thursday dinner spot after ballet classes. The owner is a lovely lady who is super friendly and remembers her customers. The servers are also so nice and quick. The food is amazing. As a Korean, I rarely go out to eat at a Korean restaurant, because the food in Seattle/Belleuve area just isn't as good as it is in Korea or it's too expensive. But "Paik's Noodles" is extremely well priced and the food is really good - which is why we are here every Thursday for dinner. We're here so regularly, that all the staff and the owner expects us every week . My kids (4 & 6) love eating here, and they love the people here. 1000/10 highly recommend!!

Overall, I had a good experience here. The food isn't gourmet, but it's delicious and affordable. The Jjajangmyeon was flavorful—not quite as good as in Korea, but still satisfying. The sweet and sour pork was also delicious. The service was fast and friendly, but the ordering system could use some improvement. As first-time customers, we were confused about having to walk to the counter to order and then sit down, with no one explaining the process.

When I visited the first time, my friend made a reservation so we didn’t need to wait. We tried several dishes. I like their noodles, the cooking tasted good as well. Fried rice is ok, the stir fry noodles were pretty good which has the high heat wok flavor. I went back a month later to get a Togo, when I paid at the counter, the staff quickly prepared no tips, I was surprised by that. Later when I looked at the receipt, I saw each dish added 1 for to go, and bag fee .10. No wonder the staff quickly pressed no tips on the POS machine. Well at least they didn’t make me pay for tip again. They packaged well. Overall, good food, I will continue visit the restaurant for quick bite.

Will be coming back again! Great spot in the uwajimaya parking lot. Atmosphere was very chill and clean, service was lovely the servers were all so nice. The waiter brought us a pair of scissors for the noodles. We shared the jajangmyeon and spicy chicken between the two of us and it was a ton of food. Spicy chicken was the perfect amount of spice. If you want meat in your jajangmyeon get the meat version, the pork chunks in the normal one were very small.
